So this is the first blog post I’ve written by phone. Pretty soon I’ll be ready to join the rest of the 21st century. Aaaaaaaand now I see the iPad’s appeal. A bigger keypad would be nice. I’m sure I’m going to make some pretty glaring typos even with this strangely spot-on yet occasionally bizarre AutoCorrect feature.

(Aaaand already I am less than thrilled with the WordPress app. The paragraph that should be here just went missing.)

I had a slightly different day planned. I was going to get my hair cut and then chill at a coffeehouse until it was time to head over to my Lost buddy’s place.

But my hair appointment wound up lasting for FOUR HOURS. I go to the Aveda School because I can’t beat their prices, and I am used to blocking out three hours for a cut and color, but for whatever reason today went super long. I’m not upset, because my hair looks fantastic and the student who worked with me today was awesome. You know when you find the stylist you want to go back to, develop that all-important hair-related bond? Yeah.

But it cut into my chill time, and that’s a little frustrating. I had plans to sit and read a little, maybe knit a little, but I think instead I’ll finish my coffee and skedaddle.

And think twice next time I decide to write a longish post on my phone.
